Health Services
Hudson Valley Comprehensive Healthcare (HVCH) is a regional leader in healthcare and medical services for individuals of all ages and abilities. Our expertly trained, compassionate providers and staff take a comprehensive approach to patient care. HVCH has transformed from a practice primarily serving individuals with Intellectual and other developmental disabilities (IDD), into a fully accessible healthcare practice that serves community members of all ages.
Self Advocacy
The Arc Rockland has been a pioneer in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through its Self-Advocacy group, established nearly two decades ago. This initiative is centered on enabling individuals to represent themselves and their peers, fostering a sense of confidence, courage, and the necessary skills to exercise their rights as citizens.
