Through personalized support such as job coaching, skill enhancement, and workplace accommodations, our program is designed to assist individuals with disabilities in securing and thriving in meaningful employment. With partnerships spanning various industries across Rockland County, from food service to retail and manufacturing, we match individuals with suitable job opportunities, empowering them to achieve independence and flourish in their chosen careers.

Pre-Vocational Services
Pre-vocational services is a program designed to prepare individuals, for entry into the workforce. This service focuses on developing basic skills necessary for employment success, such as communication, problem-solving, time management, and work ethic. They often include vocational assessments to identify strengths, interests, and areas needing improvement, as well as job exploration activities to help individuals understand various career options. Pre-vocational services may also offer job readiness training, including resume writing, interview skills, and workplace etiquette. Overall, the goal is to teach the individuals the foundational skills and confidence needed to pursue and maintain employment.
