We’re beyond proud to announce that our Self Advocacy Program has been named Self Advocacy Agency of the Year for the Lower Hudson Valley Region by Self-Advocacy Association of NYS – SANYS

For one unforgettable day, Evan lived his dream of rejoining the Spring Valley Police Department—where he once proudly volunteered. Thanks to the support of Officer Brandon, Staff Sherly Jean Julien, and Luis Alba, Evan got the VIP treatment: a station tour, meet-and-greet with officers, and even a ride-along!
His smile says it all—dreams do come true!
Medicaid has been a lifesaver, literally. Both for our severally disabled daughter Nikki, who lives in a house run by a Medicaid-funded agency, and for us as a family. Without Medicaid, it is impossible for us to even comprehend how we would care for her, while, as aging parents, we have our own real-life challenges with age-related illnesses and affording our own medical care.
