HR Recruiting Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full cycle of the recruitment process including scheduling and conducting interviews, pre-employment appointments, conducting background checks, and maintaining an applicant database. Will Participate in the interview process and outreach activities.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and schedules across hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Manage job postings, pipeline updates, and candidate tracking within our applicant tracking system
  • Support recruiter with sourcing efforts, resume screening, and initial outreach
  • Manage background checks and all clearances.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and support candidates in completing onboarding
  • Coordinate hiring events and internal recruitment programs
  • Maintain accurate data, reporting, and documentation to ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance both recruiter and candidate experience

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred; High School Diploma with two or more years of relevant work experience accepted
  • One Year of experience preferred or internship in HR/Recruiting.
  • Strong organization and time‑management skills
  • Extreme attention to detail required
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Advanced organizational abilities
  • Advanced Word and Excel required, PowerPoint a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
  • A team‑oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working onsite and interacting with colleagues across the agency
